🛒 Ordering

All products are made to order by myself or using trusted print-on-demand partners. This means:

Orders begin production after payment is confirmed.
Please double-check sizes, options, and spelling before purchasing.
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print (due to monitor differences).

All transactions are securely handled by these third-party providers. Your card info is not stored on my website.

🚚 Shipping

Because everything is made to order:

Production time typically takes 1–7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of my products, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake with the order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued for:

Lost or damaged items (with photo proof)
Orders canceled before production begins

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

I’m happy to offer simple customizations like:

Changing fonts, colors, Bible verses or translations

More complex or extended custom work (like detailed illustrations) may include a small extra fee. I’ll always discuss pricing and timing up front. Approval time for drafts may affect delivery time.

My custom styles include:
